ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Fullerton, CA, United States that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, and OnDemandViet. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.

The Advertising Operations Intern will work closely with the Advertising Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of campaigns across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to gain experience in the digital advertising industry and learn from a team of experts.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Advertising Operations Manager with the day-to-day management of campaigns, including set-up, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet the specifications required for each platform.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure ads are running correctly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the Advertising Operations Manager.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
