Advanced Scope is partnering with a healthcare practice to hire a Talent Acquisition Healthcare Recruiter for a remote role in the Boston area. They are looking to double their clinical team over the next 12 months, and looking for a healthcare recruiter to help them scale. 

Who You Are:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in recruiting clinicians in private practice
• Experience placing candidates in volume (1-2 per month)
• Ability to be creative in finding clinicians and forming partnerships with colleges, etc.
• Experience working job fairs and networking within the Boston communities. 
• Ability to keep clinicians engaged and negotiate salary conversations strategically

What You'll Do:

• Drive recruitment operations for the practice through hiring clinicians including specialized clinicians. 
• Manage candidate interview process for the practice including interview coordination and gathering feedback.
• Find excellent candidates through job boards, networking, job fairs, etc. 
• Negotiate job offers and ensure a fair, but competitive process for clinicians. 
• Work closely with clinic directors and operational leaders to align the right clinicians to the right locations. 
• Work in coordination with Human Resources to hand-off accepted offers for onboarding and keeping in close contact with clinicians before start dates.
